Climate Change: Home

This guide will help you with your research into the topic of climate change. Information covered will include multilateral environmental agreements, U.S. measures, and scientific concerns.

Overview

Scientists agree that earth's climate has been changed through the burning of fossil fuels from the period of the industrial revolution in the Nineteenth Century through today. Climate change can be seen in the melting polar ice caps; retreat of glaciers; catastrophic weather events such as hurricanes, floods, and droughts; and sea level rise.

The resources in this guide should be a starting point in your research. There are other materials available on your topic and this guide is intended to provide you with a good foundation for continuing your research into climate change.
