- Attorney General Guidelines for Victim and Witness Assistance 2011 & Rev. 2012
In effect as of October 1, 2011. Revised in May 2012. The Guidelines are an essential manual for Department personnel, providing them with the guidance and skills to ensure that the Department continues to provide victims and witnesses with the very highest level of service.

2010 federal sentencing guidelines manual is available, effective November 1, 2010. Additional emergency amendments are contained in a Supplement to the 2010 Guidelines Manual.
