- Attorney General Guidelines for Victim and Witness Assistance 2011 & Rev. 2012 In effect as of October 1, 2011. Revised in May 2012. The Guidelines are an essential manual for Department personnel, providing them with the guidance and skills to ensure that the Department continues to provide victims and witnesses with the very highest level of service.
- BJS: Bureau of Justice Statistics Established in 1979, the BJS collects, analyzes, publishes, and disseminates information on crime, criminal offenders, victims of crime, and the operation of justice systems at all levels of government. Gives an overview of publications and products, key facts, data collections, funding, data analysis tools, terms & definitions, and related links.
- Federal Sentencing Manual Guidelines2010 federal sentencing guidelines manual is available, effective November 1, 2010. Additional emergency amendments are contained in a Supplement to the 2010 Guidelines Manual.
- Office of National Drug Control Policy Information about the organization, policy, treatment, prevention, market disruption, drug facts, international, state & local, publications, and press releases.
- U. S. Sentencing Commission Current information regarding sentencing guidelines. Users may sign up for email updates from the USSC listserv.
